The Raw
Material

One of the most important steps of ensuring the quality of the saw dust charcoal is the raw material. Our raw material is fine sawdust from the natural tropical hardwood, this sawdust is considered a waste material during the process of making wood from timber.

THE MAKING PROCESS

Hexagon Sawdust
Briquette

STEP 1Raw Material

The making of the sawdust charcoal is all happened naturally, no chemical or additives is added during the making process.

STEP 2Compress

The bonding of sawdust is all happened in the state of art briquetting machine when it is being compress through a mold with high pressure and temperature.

STEP 3Hexagon Shape

At the end of extrusion then a hexagon sawdust briquette with a hole in the center is produced.

STEP 4Final Product

This sawdust briquette will then put into the kiln where the carbonization will take place slowly in a well-controlled temperature furnace and after few days, a fully natural charcoal is produced.
